My appointment window was scheduled for 2-5, and Colby was here at 2:03pm. After not having a working A/C over the weekend, this was a welcome surprise that he arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue quickly and after we discussed my options, I decided on a temporary fix as I will eventually need to replace my unit.

My home warranty company directed me to this company when my A/C went out a few years ago. This summer, I had an issue with the A/C and they were here to fix it (the issues were not a result of the work a few years ago!). On 11/07/14 I had them come out to service the furnace for the "winter" months of Texas. Although I did not find them through Angie's List, I wanted to share the review as I would recommend them for A/C - Furnace issues. Their staff is professional and caring. They treat you like you are a member of their family.

Colby was very friendly, fast, and honest. Our home warranty company sent him out about 2 weeks ago to fix our broken A/C. He had it fixed in 15 minutes and cooling again. He double checked the freon and voltage and air temps. He did not suggest any unnecessary work at my expense or to the warranty company. It is hard to find people like this anymore. If anything else happens to our unit under the warranty, I will ask for The A/C Guys. Thank you!

We have used the A/C Guys for a few years now and can't recommend highly enough. Always on-time, polite, conscientious and professional. We had two new systems installed recently and the technicians arrived on-time and didn't leave until they finished the install; nearly 13 hours as it was a huge job. Without even taking a lunch they powered through and were cheerful and dedicated to getting the job done perfectly. This company is fantastic; high quality work and never surprise extra costs...whatever is quoted is what you pay. We will always stay loyal to this company!

Colby was Great! Our office a/c pooped out over the weekend & the office was very warm. We called the AC Guys. Colby came out, gave us an estimate and had us up & running in about an hour. I've used him for my residential a/c also. Great guys that deliver quality, dependable & honest workmanship. That's difficult to find these days. I won't use anyone else. Save yourself the headache and call The AC Guys first.
